This is a wide angle view of the Roadside Memorial for Trooper James R. Gross of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, who was slain on January 19, 1996, during a routine traffic stop. His killer was apprehended after he crashed during a high speed chase, and was convicted of Trooper Gross's Murder. He is currently appealing his sentance like all the rest.
